After more than 26 years in the wellness industry, I’ve learned that fulfilling careers aren’t built by standing still. They grow through curiosity, continuous learning, meaningful connections, and the willingness to explore what’s possible in every season of your career.

Solo Spa Pros offers live and online with NCBTMB approved continuing education instructor, Heather O'Neill (Approved Provider #1002123) created for specifically for wellness professionals who want to grow beyond hands on skills alone. Our courses explore the real career questions that often get overlooked, from navigating spa employment and building an independent practice to preventing burnout, creating new opportunities, and figuring out what you want the next chapter of your career to look like.

You’ll still earn the continuing education credits you need, but the goal is for you to leave with something more: fresh ideas, practical tools, renewed inspiration, and a clearer sense of what is possible for your career.

Mini Reset Bootcamp

Evaluation of where you've been, where you've been and where you want to go in your Career or Practice!

Meet Heather

Hi, I'm Heather.

I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist, Licensed Esthetician, educator, author, and lifelong student of people and possibility.

For more than 26 years, my career in the wellness industry has taken me through spas, resorts, private practice, education, leadership, and entrepreneurship. Along the way, I've learned that very few careers follow a straight line, and sometimes the most meaningful growth comes from being willing to explore a new direction.

That belief is a big part of why I created Solo Spa Pros. I wanted to bring together the things I care about most: education, encouragement, professional growth, and helping wellness professionals discover possibilities they may not have considered for themselves.

As an NCBTMB Approved Continuing Education Provider (#1002123), I create courses and resources designed to support the whole career, not just the hands on work. My hope is that Solo Spa Pros also becomes a place where professionals feel inspired, supported, and connected to others who understand the unique rewards and challenges of this industry.

Outside of work, you'll often find me exploring somewhere new, enjoying a local café, planning my next adventure, or spending time with my pug, Fiona. I'm a firm believer in lifelong learning and that there is always room for another chapter.
