  • I am excited about the future and the possibilities it holds for my career.

Why I use these affirmations throughout my day & why you should too!

Remember, repeating these affirmations to yourself can help shift your mindset to positive and productive one. Taking action towards your career goals, no matter how small, can also help build momentum and confidence in your abilities but having your mindset aligned is a requirement.

Affirmations are positive statements that can help you overcome negative thoughts, improve your self-esteem, and boost your overall mood so why wouldn’t you use them for your business too. Using affirmations throughout my day has helped me keep an eye on what I deem focus worthy in my life and keeps me inspired and motivated with a positive mood all day. They are a powerful way to change your mindset and improve your outlook on life and keep you moving towards your goals.

When you repeat affirmations to yourself throughout your day, you are essentially training your brain to focus on positive thoughts and beliefs that you want to instill into your life. Feeling more confident, motivated, and optimistic about your goals and aspirations takes energy, focus and a conscious effort sometimes but the end result for a free and simple task is worth every moment you take to practice it.
Affirmations are a life tool for me too. As they help me manage stress and anxiety by providing a sense of calm and reassurance once I am able to take a step back to put it into practice. When my brain feels overwhelmed or emotional, I will consciously switch to one of my favorite affirmations. Being aware and using this as a tool for mental well being when I realize I am having anxiety or am feeling overwhelmed has been life changing. It changes the path of my thoughts to calm my entire body and help me regain a clear thought pattern so I can move past the anxious feeling and make progress on what is needed to be done.

In addition to these few benefits, using affirmations can also help you maintain a more positive attitude in your relationships and interactions with others. When you feel good about yourself and your abilities, you are more likely to be kind, patient, and compassionate towards others. I have found that this is especially great for bodyworkers that are more introverted but still need to deal with clients of all personalities. Feeling confident and happy about what your skillset is and your abilities are is necessary to be successful in business. You will portray your confidence and put the clients at ease to allow you to help them the way they need it. It is necessary to come out of your shell and put your best foot forward to help a client that needs it and that you know you have the knowledge and skills to help so build that confidence up. We are our worst critics but we are also the only ones that know what we truly can do so believe in yourself and know that when your client comes to you, you are the expert that has gone to school, gotten the grades, gottent the license and experience in the field that you are now working. You are the EXPERT. Believe.

Overall, incorporating affirmations into your daily routine can be a simple but effective way to improve your mental and emotional wellbeing. So why not give it a try and see how it can positively impact your life?
