Who is going to benefit from the books and programs offered? 

All service based professionals. The spa or salon industry is the focused industry as it is where I have the most experience and can offer real examples from but anyone with a service to offer can utilize the information to create a business for themselves. So whether you are a dog walker or yoga instructor or a professional party planner you can utilize a lot of the tools and information to conform it to your type of business. 

How do I get the free resources that are offered with the book or course I purchased? There are 2 steps to getting the free resources:

  • 1. You will need to create an account on the SoloSpaPros.com website.
  • 2. You will need to send an email to solospapros@gmail.com letting us know when and where you purchased the book or course.
Our team will send you an email letting you know when you can log back in to access your free resources. We try to accommodate this within 24 hours. 

 

For Spa Shop Products:

Processing and Shipping Time: When can I expect my purchased item? 

All products in the Spa Shop are created specifically at the time of purchase. There is a processing time of 7-10 and then there is usually a shipping time of 10-14 days. In some cases such as for the books and journals, the order may be received faster than that. Contact us at solospapros@gmail.com if you should need further information on arrival of your order. 

Returns and Replacement Requests: My order arrived damaged? 

All products in the Spa Shop are created specifically at the time of purchase. They are crafted at the time of purchase so some items may vary slightly in color or material. They are always created with equal quality in mind. If for some reason you received an item that was not to the standard you believe it should be please contact us within 7 days of arrival date with an email stating the issue and a minimum of 2 pictures of this item. Contact us at solospapros@gmail.com and we will review the request with 72 hours in order to advise you on the next steps to resolve any issues.
