Building A Thriving Solo Practice

Build Smarter. Earn Better. Create a Practice That Works for You.

You started your solo practice to create more freedom, independence, and control over your career. But starting a business and building a thriving practice are two very different things.

THIS CLASS IS COMING SOON!

TO BE NOTIFIED OF THE DATES AND TIMES THE COURSE WILL BE OFFERED SIGN UP BELOW FOR THE WAITLIST!

Building a Thriving Solo Practice is a practical, interactive workshop for massage therapists and spa professionals who already have a solo practice—or have started building one—and want to make it stronger, more consistent, profitable, and sustainable.

Instead of spending four hours simply listening to another business presentation, you’ll use your own practice as the case study.

Together, we’ll look at the health of your business, where your clients are coming from, whether they are returning, what your current workload is actually producing financially, and where your time and energy are going.

You’ll identify what is working, what may be holding your practice back, and what deserves your attention next.

You do not need a completely full schedule to have a successful solo practice.

The goal is to create the right practice for you—one that supports your income goals without requiring you to sacrifice your body, your time, or the reasons you chose independence in the first place.

Course Overview

Getting your business open is only the beginning.

Once you're working independently, different questions start to surface:

Am I charging enough?

Why aren't more clients coming back?

How many clients do I actually need?

Am I busy—or am I profitable?

Where should I be spending my marketing time?

Is my workload sustainable?

What should I work on next?

This workshop gives you dedicated time to stop working in your practice for a few hours and start working on it.

You’ll evaluate several areas of your business and use what you discover to create a practical action plan for moving forward.

What You’ll Learn

✔ How to evaluate the overall health of your solo practice
✔ How to recognize what's working—and what needs attention
✔ How client retention affects practice stability and income
✔ How to evaluate where your clients are actually coming from
✔ The difference between being busy and building a profitable practice
✔ How pricing, workload, capacity, and income work together
✔ How to recognize business activities that consume time without producing meaningful results
✔ How to evaluate whether your current workload is physically and financially sustainable
✔ How to identify the areas of your practice that deserve your attention next
✔ How to create a realistic action plan without trying to fix everything at once

Workshop Sections

Section 1: Your Practice Health Assessment
Take an honest look at where your practice stands today. We'll evaluate key areas of the business so you can identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.

Section 2: Clients, Retention & Practice Stability
Look beyond simply attracting new clients. Examine rebooking, repeat business, referrals, client relationships, and the factors that help create a dependable client base.

Section 3: Income, Pricing & Capacity
Explore what your current workload is actually producing. Consider pricing, expenses, service capacity, appointment volume, unpaid business time, and what you need your practice to financially provide.

Section 4: Workload & Sustainability
A successful massage or spa practice shouldn't require you to work beyond your physical capacity. Evaluate your schedule, workload, administrative responsibilities, boundaries, and the demands your business places on you.

Section 5: What Is Actually Growing Your Practice?
Examine how clients find you and where you're investing your marketing time and money. Identify the activities that are producing results and the ones you may be able to simplify, change, or stop doing.

Section 6: Your Solo Practice Action Plan
Bring everything together and choose the priorities that can make the greatest difference in your practice. You'll leave with a realistic plan for what to work on next.

Your Practice Becomes Part of the Workshop

This is not a generic business lecture.

Throughout the class, you'll work directly with information from your own practice.

Activities may include:

✔ Solo Practice Health Assessment
✔ Client Retention Review
✔ Client Source & Referral Review
✔ Income and Appointment Evaluation
✔ Workload & Capacity Assessment
✔ Practice Strengths & Challenges Review
✔ Priority-Setting Exercises
✔ Personal Solo Practice Action Plan

You don't have to share private financial or business information with the class. Your individual evaluations are for you. Group discussion is designed to help participants learn from one another while maintaining appropriate professional privacy.
